The only professional who is legally authorized to make a pronouncement about boundaries is the land surveyor. He or she analyzes the site and the documents related to your property before issuing a clear, fact-based opinion.

The teams at our two offices have the qualifications needed to identify in the field the axis and boundaries of a current or planned property. Our land surveyors use different bench-marks in this operation: stakes, pickets or markers.

If installing bench-marks is liable to disturb the occupation of the premises in question, we will examine the cause and then validate the feasibility of staking operations. If necessary, a certificate of staking will be delivered with precise indications of the location of the bench-marks.
